It’s ideal for sellers who don’t require showing assistance or open houses and plan to offer compensation to buyer’s agents, who will likely be the ones showing the home. You still benefit from professional representation and broad marketing exposure.
For sellers who want added in-person support, our optional Showing & Open House Package includes a licensed agent to coordinate and host open houses, meet with unrepresented buyers, and assist buyer agents who lack the credentials to access the property. When combined with our Representation Package, it delivers full-service support from listing to close — for a fraction of the cost of traditional full-commission models.
