It’s ideal for buyers who prefer managing their own search, attending open houses, and contacting listing agents directly in exchange for meaningful savings at closing.
For buyers seeking a more traditional experience, our optional Showing Assistance add-on pairs you with a licensed agent who will schedule and accompany you on home tours. When combined with our Representation Package, it provides everything you need — from search to closing — at a fraction of the cost of a traditional commission-based model.
